**About Me & My Support**

Me & My Support is an expanding contemporary Disability Support Service that operates as a Registered NDIS Provider within the Brisbane, Gold Coast and Sunshine Region. Me & My Support aims to deliver person-centred support that promotes the safeguarding principles of safety and quality when supporting people to live an enriched life. Me & My Support has a diverse range of tailored support options to cater for people’s goals which includes, but not limited to Supported Accommodation options and other lifestyle services funded by the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).

**About the position**

The People & Culture Manager will play a pivotal role with leading the MMS culture of quality movement by effectively managing all facets and stages of Human Resources.

The People & Culture Manager will be responsible for delivering high quality recruitment, onboarding, staff development and act as point of expertise when supporting leadership members to navigate and resolve moderate to complex HR matters.

**Position Criteria**

**Experience, Attributes & Skills**
- Experience working in a high-capacity similar role is a must
- Human Resources experience
- Leadership & Management experience
- Ability to work towards KPI requirements
- Experience with staff development and performance management
- Positive and contemporary attitude
- Ability to maintain professional development
- Sound knowledge of the Community & Home Care Award (SCHADS Award) is highly desired
- Experience with Incident & Conflict Management
- Sound written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work and contribute within a diverse team setting
- Ability to work independently within a fast-paced environment
- Good I.T Skills, confidence to navigate work Apps, SharePoint & Adobe Sign

**Qualification & Licenses**
- NDIS Worker Orientation Certificate or willing to obtain
- Blue Card or willing to obtain
- NDIS Worker Clearance or willing to obtain
- Certificate 4 or higher in Human Resource Management

**Salary**: $80,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
