**MOHS Technician**

We are seeking an experienced **MOHS Technician** to support our Theatre Team at **Hunters Hill Private Hospital **Causal role available.

**About the Role**

Joining our team as a MOHS technician will see you responsible for providing general laboratory assistance, embedding, frozen section (MOHS) microtomy, and rapid H&E staining and mounting slides. You will also carry out other maintenance duties and laboratory clean ups as required.

**About You**

To succeed in this role, you will be a positive and effective team player who brings excellent clinical and interpersonal skills and is able to work independently. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment and be able to manage your time effectively to meet your responsibilities. Experience with frozen sections is essential while experience with MOHs procedure highly desirable

You will also demonstrate
- A background education in Histology and Laboratory Techniques
- Strong Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent time management skills
- Good ability to handle pressure and tight deadlines.
- Previous Histology and Frozen Section experience
