**Your Role**

This is an Analyst role where you will support the Cyber Security Engineering function, working on the conception, operation and delivery of the continuous deployment and logic enhancement for Cyber Threat Emulation & Defence (CTED) services to the IAG group. This will involve continually improving offensive and defensive toolchains using automation and orchestration, as well as designing, building and operating the core technologies such as SIEM, DLP, EDR, VM and CC which are used by the wider CTED team. You will build close relationships with diverse professionals. You will enjoy the challenge of continuously improving the processes in the business.

**ABOUT YOU -**
- You’ll assist with developing, maintaining, and enhancing the continuous integration, delivery, and deployment of methodologies for CTED attack emulation, detection, and response logic.
- You’ll assist with developing automations and API integrations using ServiceNow and other tools.
- You will assist with delivering CTED BAU uplift activities and ensure they are to scope, time and quality.
- You will support CTED reporting by ensuring that processes for collating reporting information is streamlined.
- You will utilise agile methodologies and automation to drive CTED workload management. You will also identify and deliver enhancements in the CTED services. This should include innovative solutions to create value.
- You will help develop, implement and review cyber security use cases in SIEM and Service Management platforms.
- You will assist maintaining, developing and implementing security incident automation and orchestration within Service Management platform and SIEM.
- You’ll ensure end-to-end reliability and integrity of security offensive and defensive toolchains.
- Work in collaboration with the Threat Analytic Cell to implement tactical detection capabilities from real-time threat intelligence.
- Collaborate with the Threat Analytic Cell area and perform threat hunting activities to detect unknown unknowns and develop new detection methodologies.
- You will have 1 - 3 years of experience in large and complex organisations, ideally with experience working in a threat management, SOC or Threat Intel capability.
- You will have exposure to agile methodology and cloud technologies. And a strong knowledge of operating systems including Linux
- You will have tertiary qualification in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
