Peregian Springs Vet Surgery is looking for an enthusiastic Practice Manager to join our team for a maternity leave cover. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily operations and ensure efficient workflow
- Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations
- Provide outstanding customer service and maintain client relationships
- Implement and uphold practice policies and procedures
- Oversee financial management, including budgeting and reporting
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards
- Promote a positive team culture and work environment

**Qualifications**:

- Experience in veterinary practice management or a related field
- Cert IV in Veterinary Nursing preferred
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in practice management software
- A genuine passion for animal welfare and care
