**THE OPPORTUNITY**

The role requires an agile mindset and a proactive and practical approach to engaging with business and technology stakeholders to drive positive business outcomes.

This will be a **permanent** position based in the **Sydney CBD **office, with flexibility to work from home.

**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Facilitate group workshops with SME’s to determine business needs through knowledge of adult learning
- Identify system functionality issues, monitor system trends and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Identify and recommend opportunities to improve the business by way of technology, data or business process changes
- Support Agile development processes, including the facilitation and completion of user acceptance testing.
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation through your awareness of industry developments and trends and respond effectively to changes.

**ABOUT YOU**
- At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role, or
- Experience in the personal injury compensation industry.
- Experience with Digital Adoption Platforms, preferably WalkMe is advantageous (training can be provided).
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to accuracy and an excellent eye for detail.
- Business analysis skills, specifically with informing development requirements and specifications
- Ability to work collaboratively within the team and provide excellent customer service
