**Job Description**:
The Commercial Products team manages a fleet of custom-built systems that perform critical functions for our Sales Operations, Traffic, Finance and Presentation teams, which make it possible for us to sell and traffic ads into our linear broadcasts schedules - our systems manage all revenue associated with broadcast.

Ideally you are someone who is comfortable with a few different flavors of Agile and are able to drive a culture of continuous improvement.

You will work closely with Engineering Managers, Iteration Managers, and Product Owners to help them effectively plan and run projects, including maintaining a backlog, developing a roadmap, prioritising work with stakeholders, reporting on progress, allocating costs and creating a delivery structure that encourages sustainable development across a longer time horizon - this role will be a mixture of helping others develop the delivery practice, and leading from the front.

Ideally you are someone who is comfortable with a few different flavors of Agile and are able to drive a culture of continuous improvement.

**Your role will include**:

- Set and guide the team in effective processes and practices.
- Run Agile ceremonies & maintain discipline with positive ways of working.
- Kicking off and tracking projects
- Removing impediments to the ability of the team to deliver.
- Ensuring dependencies across teams are managed so that the squad’s work is not blocked and aligned to the high-level business/technology goals.
- Highlighting and proposing options and actions where there is a risk to previously agreed delivery schedule via appropriate channels.

Essentially - continuously finding ways to optimise the delivery and partner with the squad to drive change.

**The team are based in Sydney, and are working from the office 3 days a week - We can't support remote for this one, unfortunately.**

**Qualifications**:

- Actively participate and improve on internal delivery best practice.
- A proven track record working in and around product & development teams to deliver high-quality products and experiences.
- Experience and skills working in a technical environment, with the ability to distill complex business requirements into stories and tasks for the team.

**Experience and certification**
- Scrum Master training and/or certification
- Skills using Atlassian JIRA (desirable) with an understanding of the sprint performance reports.
- Digital media industry experience (desirable)
- Passion for the latest technology
