**About Meadow Springs Aged Care**

Meadow Springs is in the vibrant coastal city of Mandurah, approximately 4km from the town centre; Meadow Springs is home to 87 Residents.

**About the Opportunity**

We are currently seeking experienced Personal Care Workers with medication competency to join our team on a **permanent **part time basis to cover a variety of shifts, AM, PM and overnight.

The shifts are as follows:
**Week 1**:
Monday: 1600-2000
Tuesday: 0700-1500
Wednesday: 1600-2000
Thursday: 1600-2000
Thursday: 1600-2000
Thursday: 2130-0715
Friday: 1600-2000
Friday: 1600-2000
Friday: 1445-2145
Saturday: 0700-1300
Saturday: 0700-1500
Saturday: 1600-2000

**Week 2**:
Tuesday: 1600-2000
Tuesday: 0700-1500
Thursday: 1600-2000
Thursday: 2130-0715
Friday: 1600-2000
Friday: 1600-2000
Friday: 1600-2000
Saturday: 0700-1500
Saturday: 0700-1300

Reporting to our Registered Nurses, our Personal Care Workers are responsible for providing quality care to our residents. This includes:

- Providing direct care, support and guidance to residents in accordance with best practice.
- Working towards establishing positive relationships with our residents and working collaboratively within a team environment with an attitude of respect, integrity, teamwork and bring a little sparkle to our residents lives.
- Responsiveness to reporting incidents and changes in resident behaviour in a timely manner to our RNs.

**About You**
- Certificate III or Certificate IV in Aged Care or Individual Support
- Aged Care Experience (desirable)
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Evidence of current Flu Vaccination (mandatory)
- Evidence of Covid-19 Vaccinations
- Eligibility to work in Australia
