We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead large-scale, complex health programs that deliver measurable impact on patient outcomes, operational efficiency, and clinical safety.

As the Program Manager, you will be responsible for structuring, managing, and delivering a portfolio of programs aligned to health strategy and key organisational priorities. You will translate strategic assessments and pain points into actionable roadmaps, establish strong governance frameworks, and ensure all projects are delivered to the highest standards.

This role also requires oversight of budgets, resources, and program dependencies, with a strong emphasis on benefits realisation and risk management. You will tailor complex technical and clinical information into concise updates for executives, boards, and policymakers, driving informed decision-making.

**Qualifications**
- **
Program & Project Management Expertise** - PRINCE2 certification (highly desirable), with strong knowledge of Agile, MSP, and PMBOK methodologies, and experience managing significant transformation programs.
- ** Health Sector Knowledge** - Deep understanding of healthcare systems, clinical workflows, health informatics, and digital health transformation, including compliance and privacy standards (My Health Record, HL7, FHIR).
- ** Leadership & People Management** - Proven ability to lead project managers and multidisciplinary teams, ideally in healthcare or government settings.
- ** Governance & Strategic Delivery** - Experience designing governance frameworks, managing risks (including clinical and patient safety risks), and ensuring value delivery through benefits realisation.
- ** Stakeholder Engagement** - Ability to influence and engage diverse health stakeholders to achieve program outcomes.
- ** Change & Adoption Expertise** - Experience leading cultural change, clinician engagement, and training to ensure successful adoption of solutions.
- ** Financial Management** - Strong skills in budget oversight, resource planning, and navigating funding cycles or government grants.
