As our Customer Success Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our clients' satisfaction, success, and continued partnership.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage a portfolio of national clients, acting as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations to understand their unique business needs and recruitment challenges.
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and drive retention through effective account management strategies including detailed advice and on-hand support using our platform.
- Provide exceptional customer support, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and handling objections with professionalism and tact.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Sales, Recruitment, and Product Development, to ensure seamless delivery of services and solutions to clients.
- Develop and execute tailored success plans to achieve revenue goals, ensuring the achievement of client objectives and desired outcomes.
- Monitor and analyse client performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement including usage and trigger-based reporting.
- Drive revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling opportunities within your account portfolio.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market insights, and competitive intelligence to proactively address client needs and maintain a competitive edge.
**Requirements for the role**:
- Previous experience in customer success, account management, or a related role, preferably within the recruitment industry or a technology-enabled service organisation.
- Proven track record of managing national accounts, driving client satisfaction, and achieving revenue targets.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present complex ideas and influence key stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the confidence to handle objections and resolve conflicts in a professional manner.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage competing priorities, and deliver results within strict timeframes.
- Excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Tech-savy and familiarity with CRM software, project management tools, and other relevant tech.
- A proactive and customer-centric mindset, always seeking opportunities to exceed client expectations and foster long-term partnerships.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred but not required.
