- Liaising with payroll vendors, IT, and the credit and accounts teams to ensure all deadlines are met
- Ensuring Single Touch payroll is completed weekly
- Issuing payslips by Thursday morning each week
- Assisting with level 1+ payroll queries from the team, business, and external parties
- Interpreting modern awards, raising discrepancies, and resolving issues
- Preparing quarterly surveys for the Australian Bureau of Statistics - QLD, VIC & NSW

**The Successful Applicant**:
To be considered for this role, you will need:

- 1-2 Years hands-on payroll experience
- Strong knowledge of payroll systems
- Knowledge/experience in working closely with Compliance and Finance
- Strong project and people management skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong MS Office and sound knowledge of Microsoft Outlook
- Excellent presentation and analytical skills
- Exceptional attention to detail, organisational and time management skills
- Ability to manage several priorities simultaneously
- Excellent team player
