MRC is a world leader in creating medical devices and treatment systems in the field of orthodontics, TMJ, myofunctional and airway related disorders. We work with a variety of healthcare professionals in over 100 countries worldwide.

**Some key responsibilities would include**:

- Be the main point of contact for both existing and new customers embarking on their MRC journey.
- Clinical and technical training for customers, staff, and dealers as required.
- Assuming the role of a Myobrace/Myosa Educator when required.
- Managing technical enquiries from customers and dealers.
- Support and promote customer participation in MRC’s membership programs.
- In-person clinic visits when/if required.
- Potential to travel both domestically and overseas.

**Skills and Experience**
- Experience working within the Dental/Medical/Pharmacy profession (training, representative, etc).
- The ability to present in group sessions will be highly regarded.
- To be an exceptional communicator with the ability to work effectively one-on-one and within small teams.
- Salesforce CRM and Microsoft Office Suite knowledge preferred.

**Personal Attributes**
- Exhibit exceptional communication skills, whether it's in person, digitally, or over the phone.
- A quick learner with a good eye for detail.
- Well presented
- Must have a valid license.

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week
