**About the Role-**
The purpose of this role is to perform a range of administrative activities across the workforce and compliance department. These activities will ensure coordination across the varying functions within the department such as contractor engagement, on-boarding, continuing compliance to BSA requirements for contractors. Support for the reporting and communications activities is also required.

**Position responsibilities**
- Set up and maintain technicians’ compliances IAW compliances and training matrix
- Timely delivery of compliance reports to relevant BSA operational departments
- Support in getting contractors work ready, including verification of contractor documents in BSA systems
- Adhoc duties as required by management

**About You**:

- High attention to detail
- High level computer skills (excel, website navigation)
- High level communication skills
- Experience in a Compliance role and/or client facing roles
