**About the Role**

As the Corporate Quality Manager with Monford you will be responsible for leading the quality team which is comprised of project quality managers and advisors as well as the document control function. In addition you will be required to implement a systematic approach to corporate governance, risk management and policy.

In addition some of your key tasks will include
- Maintain the ISO 9001 accreditation along with other standards relevant to support high quality and safe and effective service delivery
- Facilitate internal reviews within the businesses for development of recommendations for improvement and business improvement initiatives and identify opportunities to enhance and progress efficiency
- Lead quality reviews with external auditors
- Establish, implement and maintain the Project Deliverables Plan prior to the commencement of works
- Review all client quality specifications to ensure all QA/QC project deliverables required under the contract are captured and processes are in place to ensure they are achieved

**Suitable applicants will ideally possess the following**:

- Relevant Tertiary Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role supporting delivery and compliance within a corporate role
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- High level attention to detail
- Strong organisational skills
