Sydney, Australia Homestay Plus Full time

**2Stay accommodation** and **Homestay Plus** are looking for an experienced Accommodation Manager for an immediate start. This position is a full-time permanent position, working 38 hours per week based in Sydney - NSW.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Leading service-excellence operations
- Management of customer feedback and complaints
- Delivering exceptional service experiences
- Overseeing the implementation of 2Stay’s policies and procedures ensuring policies and procedures are adhered

For this position it is expected that you would possess the following qualifications/work experience:

- Diploma level qualification and at least 2 years of full-time experience in a similar role; or
- At least 3 years of work experience in similar role in lieu of academic qualification.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Sydney, NSW 2000
