Join one of the Australia's most recognised luxury Fashion leaders, to lead strategy development across Paid & Performance Marketing, reporting straight to the Head of Digital. Working within a dynamic, highly talented, global team team to drive eCommerce and online growth.

**The Role**:
Take end to end responsibility for managing all Paid & Performance activity, driving conversions and optimising user experience for this global Luxury Leader.

Managing end to end global agency relationships, you will develop key growth strategies, increasing engagement, and working cross-functionally across the wider business.

**Essential Skills & Responsibilities**:

- Extensive experience within a Paid Media, Social or Search role, preferably within the Fashion, eCommerce or Agency environments
- End to end experience with creating, developing and executing highly-effective Paid & Performance Campaigns
- A hugely data-driven and highly analytical mindset
- A strong background and understanding of the eCommerce landscape, staying up to date with online trends
- Strong relationship building skills and an ability to work locally and internationally to achieve objectives
- Demonstrated experience with reporting on campaign success and ROAS
