Looking for a detail-oriented **Administrator** with receiving experience, to join a brand new facility in Greenacre on a permanent full time basis. You will be joining a growing team & a leading manufacturer of dairy based products.

**Your key duties will include;**
- Processing purchase orders & matching them against invoices
- Receipting of goods
- Collating & processing delivery receipts
- Liaising with production regarding stock/inventory counts
- Ensuring data in the system is accurate & up to date
- Investigating missing goods received & creating reports
- General administrative tasks

The successful applicant will be computer literate (excel) with demonstrated experience in a similar role _**(Production/Transport/Logistics/FMCG environment)**_. You will be good with numbers & have a keen eye for detail

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Greenacre NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Inventory control: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
