Description

**Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Manage all aspects of facility maintenance
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of all equipment and machinery
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and building codes
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for services and supplies
- Oversee daily cleaning operations across all assigned areas, ensuring high standards of hygiene and presentation.
- Manage, train, and support cleaning staff to maintain performance and morale.
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules, procedures, and quality control checks.
- Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as needed.
- Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety regulations.
- Liaise with management to address staffing, workload, and operational needs.
- Respond promptly to urgent cleaning requests or incidents.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong leadership and management skills
- Strong handyman skills and knowledge
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Experience managing budgets and negotiating contracts
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
