Regional Manager

InvoCare is an industry leader within the funeral industry, we currently operate over 300 funeral locations, 17 cemeteries and 29 crematoria, throughout Australia, New Zealand and Singapore and growing. The Regional Manager, Operations will be responsible for Operations across Queensland and Northern NSW. In this role you will be directly responsible for leading the operations centres in Brisbane and the Gold Coast, with responsibility for governance and compliance across regional Queensland and NSW operations centres. This is a 12-month fixed term contract, based at Morningside.

**Working collaboratively with Regional Managers and their teams, you will**:

- Lead a large and diverse team in the delivery of support to funeral services, including transport services, funeral supplies, mortuary services and coordination.
- Ensure compliance with policies, procedures and funeral industry standards.
- Monitor, evaluate and report on operational performance against standards.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement.
- Provide leadership that supports a proactive and positive culture.
- Promote a safe workplace with a focus on employee health and wellbeing.

**About you**:

- Budgeting and P&L accountability for large operations (multi-sites including regional)
- At ease with death, the expression of grief and handling deceased people.
- Management experience in a service driven organisation.
- Ability to manage teams in multiple locations with a knowledge of HSE and ER leadership.
- Respond to rapidly changing service delivery and demands effectively.
- Strong knowledge of scheduling, rostering, and coordinating services and in assets.
- Current Driver's License.
