**About the role**:
We are seeking a full-time **Head of Supply** to join our head office team in Bondi. This role is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end supply and distribution operations that support both corporate-owned and franchised Oakberry stores across Australia.

You will lead forecasting and stock planning, drive improvements in efficiency and cost control, and collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to optimise operational performance across the supply function.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory management, and distribution across all Oakberry stores.
- Forecast ingredient and packaging needs, aligning supply with sales trends, promotional activity, and store expansion.
- Manage supplier relationships, negotiate pricing and delivery terms, and evaluate performance to ensure quality and reliability.
- Maintain optimal stock levels and ensure compliance with food safety, cold chain, and regulatory requirements.
- Lead warehouse-to-store logistics, coordinate third-party delivery providers, and optimise distribution efficiency.
- Support franchisees with onboarding, ongoing supply needs, and operational troubleshooting.
- Identify and implement improvements in systems, processes, and technology to drive efficiency, reduce waste, and support growth.
- Monitor KPIs, prepare supply chain reports, and provide strategic insights to senior management.
- Oversee supply chain budgets, cost controls, and risk mitigation strategies to ensure operational continuity.

**About you**:
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:

- At least 3-5 years' experience in a supply chain, logistics, or distribution management role, preferably within FMCG, food service, or franchise-based environments.
- Strong negotiation skills and proven experience managing third-party suppliers and logistics partners.
- Experience with demand forecasting, inventory optimisation, and multi-site distribution planning.
- Proficiency with inventory and ERP software systems.
- Understanding of Australian food safety standards, importation processes, and cold chain logistics.
- Excellent analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to liaise effectively with franchisees, internal teams, and external stakeholders.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
