- Have strong design skills, creativity and the ability to bring fresh ideas to content concepts and storytelling
- Possess demonstrated experience in photography and videography, including camera operation and editing
- Have experience in writing, editing, reviewing and recommending improvements to content for marketing and communication initiatives
- Interpret and promote the culture of John Paul College and the Catholic ethos into the wider community
- Have highly developed interpersonal and communications skills and the ability to liaise and communicate effectively with people at all levels
- Have exceptional organisational skills
- Possess a calm, friendly and professional manner
- Have the ability to work collaboratively with a team
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office programs
- Demonstrate an understanding of the ethos of a Catholic school and its mission

This is a full time position and is classified as a Education Support Employee, Category C with employment conditions as per CEMEA Agreement (2022).
