We are seeking experienced senior leaders to join various teams in our Service Delivery and Enterprise Solutions and Technology business lines.

As a **Relationship Officer**, you’ll perform an important leadership role to build and maintain effective relationships with business partners to deliver on key programs of work.

You will lead and manage the strategic and operational relationship with a wide range of service providers and lead internal and external collaboration to inform decision-making and successfully drive the delivery of future initiatives.

You will provide high-level advice and engage in complex problem solving. You’ll lead, implement and review engagement strategies designed to build, maintain and enhance stakeholder relationships.

You will negotiate with internal and external stakeholders, communicate business objectives and resolve issues to deliver outcomes that meet organisational goals.

You will maintain knowledge and maximise team strengths to identify, influence and implement improvements that have a lasting effect on business relationships, the client experience and the broader agency.

These roles may be offered on an ongoing or non-ongoing basis in **Adelaide, Albury, Brisbane CBD, Canberra, Dandenong, Hobart, Melbourne CBD, Newcastle, Parramatta, Penrith or Upper Mount Gravatt.
