**Client Relations Manager**

AEC Woolloongabba has an exciting opportunity for an exceptional clinical leader. We are home to an experienced and dedicated team of Vets and Nurses who practice an exceptionally high standard of care for all their patients.

We are currently seeking a
**Client Relations Manager** to join our team on a full-time basis. To work across our QLD clinics and also support WA

Ideally this role would suit an experienced veterinary nurse who has a special interest in client relations and administrative duties

**About Your New Role**
- Delivering outstanding service and care to all patients and clients
- Maintaining a positive team culture
- Induction, training and career development for a reception team

**About Your Skills & Experience**
- Qualifications as a Veterinary Nurse or similar industry
- At least 3 years previous experience working in the veterinary industry
- proven ability to work autonomously and without direction/guidance
- Industry knowledge (previous veterinary experience)
- Ability to communicate with people on various levels
- Strong time management and Organisational skills
- Willingness to travel to QLD clinic locations
- Clean driving record
- Strong understanding of how emergency veterinary clinics operate
- Ability to identify risks/opportunities and take advantage of them where appropriate
