**Job Description**:
Your responsibilities will be:
- Assisting to administer 2nd Party audit programs ensuring scheduling (keeping scheduling in the loop), audit reporting and CAR closeouts meet required deadlines.
- Coordinate specific customized 2nd party programs providing technical support to Program Manager.
- Report to Program Manager on progress of KPI’s and business targets.
- Liaise with local admin and back-office teams to ensure timely completion of duties and effective communication of current work tasks.
- Establishing and maintaining accurate electronic records for client Databases, reports and client files.
- Coordinating pertinent information between programs and the relevant SGS personnel.
- Technical File Review (& formal Certification Decision on audit packages).
- Reports of audits conducts in the previous reporting period.
- Respond to all customer/technical enquiries and complaints within a reasonable time frame.
- Effectively manage client databases.
- Updating of systems and technical reviews including Data Management / Processing.
- Coordinating pertinent information between programs and the relevant SGS personnel.
- Liaise between manufacturers, agents and third-party testing institutes, both national and international, to ensure the clients timelines are met.
**Qualifications**:
**To be successful in this job you will need**:
- Understanding of the Certification Industry or a related environment (Manufacturing)
- Computer literacy including management of client/ scheduling databases.
- Basic accounting skills.
- Demonstrate competence in office-based computer systems.
- Required program training and updates to be competent as a file reviewer and certification decision maker.
- 3 days Principles & Applications of HACCP course and/or Lead Auditor course
- Understanding of retailer requirements (Woolworths, Coles, Aldi etc.)
- Understanding of Ethical requirements
