No-one does nursery like Hello Hello Plants. Our huge yard in Campbellfield along with the best grower network in Australia offers customers over 4,000 plant varieties at great prices. We serve customers in store, over the phone as well as online and our delivery fleet transits thousands of plants around the country.

On the back of phenomenal growth, we now seek new members across the service team

Customer Service
- Over-the-counter sales, cash & till management
- Customer assistance & basic advice supported by our ‘green-thumbs’
- Basic quotations

Commercial Sales
- Inbound / outbound business development with lot / commercial buyers
- Key client account management
- Advanced quotations & special orders
- Assisting with customer service

Green Thumb
- Providing gardening & plant advice to customers
- Supporting the service team with horticultural guidance
- Garden & plant basic training for service team
- Assisting with customer service

See something you like? This is what we need from you
- Minimum 1-year in customer service or sales
- Excellent phone manner & rapport building skills
- Comfortable with a fast-paced & dynamic environment
- Resilience, patience, dedication & reliability
- Happy to be outside & get physical (carrying plants etc.)

A bonus but not a must if you:

- Have previous experience in a retail or wholesale nursery or Horticultural experience
- Plant identification skills

Immediate start. Casual or full time hours. Monday - Friday.

**Salary**: From $26.73 per hour

**Benefits**:

- Employee discount

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Rotating roster
- Weekend availability

Supplementary Pay:

- Commission
- Penalty rates
- Performance bonus

**Experience**:

- Point of Sale (POS) software: 1 year (preferred)
- Sales: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
