- In this diverse role, you will facilitate Induction programs and coach new and existing employees to support them in their Claims careers at Zurich. You will be responsible for designing/delivering programs, coaching on legislation/policies/procedures, and coordinating all training. Partnering with a range of internal stakeholders, you will identify key business needs and in response provide relevant and efficient learning that will help the Claims team meet their objectives.- If you have a desire to showcase your experience in large finance or insurance operations, and you love developing people in critical technical competencies, this will be the ideal role- Important to your success - let's grow together- Finance industry or insurance experience and broad understanding of technical insurance concepts
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment/and or relevant tertiary qualifications
- Demonstrated interest in training/mentoring key roles in financial services operations
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to collaborate in an agile environment
- Experience using Office 365 (including SharePoint), Learning Management Systems highly desirable.
