**The Role**:

- Design and deliver training to experienced claims assessors in both the Group and Retail space.
- Instructional design, develop learning programmes.
- Ensure consistency within the claims space by reviewing processes to achieve optimum results.
- Identifying trends within teams and providing coaching and training around this
- Quality Assurance and project management

**About You**:

- Minimum 5-7 experience as a Senior Life Insurance claims assessor or Technical Specialist in either Group or Retail
- Strong understanding of technical life claims
- A Senior or Lead assessor looking to make the next move into Learning & Development
- A passion for coaching & training and good at influencing
