**What We’re Looking For**

We’re only interested in **experienced, detail-oriented cleaning professionals** who take pride in delivering spotless results. To be considered, you must meet **all** of the following requirements:
Proven cleaning experience (Airbnb, hotels, or residential clients)
Current **Police Check**
**Public Liability Insurance**
**ABN** (or ability to obtain one)
Your own **vehicle** for travel between client locations
Your own **professional-grade cleaning equipment and supplies**
Exceptional attention to detail, reliability, and time management

**Your Role**
- Complete Airbnb turnovers to a **5-star guest standard**:

- Maintain residential homes with a **professional touch**:

- Manage time efficiently to ensure all jobs are completed to a high standard
- Represent our business with professionalism, reliability, and care

**Compensation & Hours**
- **$40 per hour** (ABN contractor arrangement)
- Starting at **10-15 hours per week**, with opportunity to scale up to **30+ hours**:

- Flexible scheduling to suit your availability, within client requirements
