**Duties**:
Working alongside an experienced team, this role will see you assisting with the management of rental properties for a predominantly residential portfolio.

What you’ll do:

- Take and address enquires
- Conduct ingoing and outgoing inspections
- Coordinate repairs and maintenance
- General client and contractor management
- Attend team meetings and training

What you wont have to do:

- No Saturdays
- No routines
- No arrears

**About You**:

- Experience in Property Management
- Passionate about a career in Property Management
- Certificate of Registration or Real estate license
- Car & drivers’ license
