In this busy role, the Procurement and Facilities Officer you will be coordinating and managing suppliers, projects and property on behalf of the organisation.
What you will do
- Coordinate maintenance, equipment and asset projects
- Manage and negotiate procurement contracts
- Coordinate building maintenance services for the Brisbane and regional offices
- Liaise with property managers and landlords of leased premises to facilitate ongoing maintenance services
- Coordinate fire safety and security procedures for all offices including supervision of the Brisbane office's Security Officer

What are we looking for is a proactive, organised and efficient team member who:

- Has experience managing competing priorities, trades and deadlines
- Brings experience in preparing and managing contracts and monitoring supplier performance
- Has experience in project and maintenance work and coordination of trades and suppliers
- Has experience using a variety of technology platforms - ie MS Office, FinanceOne etc
- Is an independent and proactive team player who will support internal and external stakeholders to achieve great outcomes
