**About us**:
You'll be working with Youth Health Services which is located at 621 Hunter St, Newcastle. This includes the Youth Health Team, Transition Care Service, and the Wellbeing Health In-reach Nurses in the Greater Newcastle area. The Youth Health Team works with young people aged 12-18 to assist them to access healthcare, with a focus on vulnerable young people or those who are homeless or at risk of homelessness. The Transition Care service assists young people 14-25 years with chronic and complex health conditions as they move from paediatric to adult health services. The Wellbeing and Health In-reach Nurse Coordinator program is a joint program with NSW Health and Education, where nurses are co-located in select schools to support students and their families with a wide range of health and wellbeing issues.

**About the position**:
In this role, a typical week involves coordinating clinic appointments, managing confidential records, and providing direct support to clinicians. You will also facilitate team communication, respond to inquiries, and ensure the smooth execution of daily administrative tasks. Additionally, you will work closely with the service manager, providing essential support to maintain efficient operations. Your role will be to deliver a high-quality and effective administrative service within the Youth Health Team.
