**Why call centre?**

I'm sure, having call centre experience, you are well experienced in dealing with many different types of people. This skill is something essential for face to face sales, therefore we have found that people with a call centre background make the ideal talent pool for our sales consultant role.

- Customer Service Skills.

- Confidence in your ability to communicate with and sell to people
