**Eucalyptus **(or 'Euc' for short) is a healthcare technology organisation on a mission to deliver high-touch, high-quality care to millions of patients.

Eucalyptus is a house of consumer healthcare brands built off of a core shared technology and services layer. We have 4 healthcare brands that form the connective tissue between telehealth consults with doctors, pharmacy delivery and ongoing patient care. Our goal is to provide a differentiated and comprehensive care experience for a wide variety of patients and conditions.

This role sits within the Content Marketing team working directly to produce the best educational content for Juniper. You'll have the opportunity to help define how we guide patients through health journeys and make a positive impact through your educational video content.

As a Videographer at Euc, it's not about just getting briefs and executing, you'll be heavily involved in shaping what our video content will look like - from research to knowing how they perform, and building on the work you make.

We're looking for someone who is incredibly passionate about producing entertaining educational content but isn't too precious about sharing work before final. We want someone who can not only shoot to a script, but think of creative ways in to tell the story through other visuals that isn't just someone talking to camera.
- End-to-end video production of small or mid size shoots for educational video content. This includes sourcing equipment and props, organising talent, shooting (piece to camera, B-roll of patients and real life situations, voice overs), and editing
- Working with Designers and Motion Designers and other Video Editors throughout the Offline/Online editing stage
- Be a key voice in the Video Team by helping to brainstorm new ideas on how to bring educational content to life through video
- Ability to understand and work with metrics - understand what works and what doesn't work and iterate on that
- Help mitigate backlogs of video content in the editing pipeline by ingesting all footage after a shoot as per template guidelines and prepare it for editing

**Essential Skills**:

- 2+ years experience at an in-house, agency or freelancing background
- Ability to independently shoot small to mid size video projects to spec and quality that is expected
- Confident in operating different camera systems including Blackmagic and Canon.
- Ability to follow post-production guidelines as set out by the Video & Production Guild (for example, naming conventions, where to save work, using Iconik/LucidLink correctly, set-up and pack-down of studio equipment)
- Can produce video content from predetermined script/shoot templates at scale
- Proficient at editing using DaVinci Resolve and Adobe Premier Pro for video editing
- Ability to do basic colour correction and sound mixing

**Nice to have**:

- Ability to use After Effects to create motion graphics for videos
- Ability to do script writing / storyboarding
- An understanding of best practice for video channels such as Youtube.
