**About the company**

Leading government agency is seeking an experienced Videographer to create video & graphic collateral including animations, to support the promotion of key initiatives.

Day to day responsibilities

In this position you will also provide skills and experience in video production including planning shoots, input into scripting and storyboarding, editing, sound design and captioning/transcribing to meet the Department's accessibility requirements.
- Provide expertise in creating promotional and informative video & graphic collateral to be used across different digital channels such as websites, PowerPoint presentations, social media and live broadcasts.
- Capacity to update and maintain existing videos/aminations.
- Skills and extensive experience creating video animations.
- Skills and experience shooting videos on location in a variety of environments.
- Intermediate understanding of graphic design or illustration.
- Experience with the Adobe suite of production programs including Premier, After Effects and Illustrator.
- Familiarity and ability to work within the Department's brand guidelines.
- Capacity to also support the communications team with web site design and maintenance, development and curation of communications collateral would be an advantage but not essential.
- Highly personable with the ability to support, coach and direct video talent.
- Undertake research and analysis of project requirements relating to the delivery of the collateral.
- Experience with stakeholder engagement at all levels.
- Provide input and feedback into project requirements and ability to work well in a collaborative team environment.
- Proficient in After Effects, illustrator and Premiere Pro; Proficiency in Aminate desirable
- Provide a substantial portfolio in motion graphics, infographics and stop motion
- Basic colour grading skills ( using Permier Pro or Da Vinc)
- Proven experience in graphic design and illustration
- Highly organized in media management
- Work on numerous brands, sub-brands and campaigns with multiple deadlines
- Ability to manage relationships with senior stakeholders
- Excellent and well-developed time management and project management skills
