**The Role**

We’re looking for a **Freelance Videographer** to join us on a project-by-project basis, with the potential to grow into a permanent role as the company expands.

You’ll work closely with our directors and producers to capture cinematic footage across a wide variety of projects — from branded campaigns and commercial shoots to documentary-style content and short-form storytelling.
- Branded content & campaigns
- Social and tourism storytelling
- Sport, culture & lifestyle productions
- Documentary-style field shoots (with opportunities to travel)

We’re after someone with a strong creative eye and a love for visual storytelling — who knows how to find the story in the moment, not just the shot list.

**What You’ll Do**
- Shoot cinematic video content across branded, social, and documentary formats
- Collaborate with directors and producers on visual style and coverage
- Capture interviews, b-roll, run-and-gun moments, and stylised visuals
- Bring a strong sense of storytelling to your filming approach
- Travel occasionally for location shoots
- Manage footage, backups, and gear with care and professionalism

**Who You Are**
- A passionate videographer with a strong portfolio of filmed work
- Confident shooting in dynamic environments — from controlled setups to real-world moments
- Skilled in using Sony cinema cameras or similar systems
- Comfortable with documentary-style, unscripted content
- Able to work both solo and with a small team on set
- Well-organised, calm under pressure, and attentive to visual detail
- Passionate about purpose-driven work and real stories

**Bonus Points**
- Experience shooting short-form branded or docu-style content
- Drone experience and license
- Interest in editing your own footage (though not required)
- Spanish language skills
