This is an exciting opportunity for an **experienced Support Worker**to join the Care to Care team

We are looking specifically for additional support workers for a lovely elderly lady living in **Wynnum**. The services involve regular **inactive sleepovers** as well as **adjoining day shifts.**
Additional hours across our wide range of Aged & Disability clients are also available. Areas include Coorparoo, Yeronga, Cannon Hill, Tingalpa, Manly & surrounds.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Assist with Personal Care
- Provide Domestic Assistance
- Provide companionship and support clients with social activities
- Assist clients with transportation to appointments, etc.
- Prepare food & assist clients with eating
- Assist Clients with medication

**Key requirements**:

- Minimum Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent
- Well presented, reliable and resilient
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Current National Police Check
- Blue and yellow card/NDIS Workers screening check or willing to obtain
- Current First Aid & CPR certificates
- Assist clients with medication unit (desirable - or willing to obtain)
- Current unrestricted driver’s license & reliable vehicle
- Comprehensive car insurance
- COVID 19 Vaccination

On offer will be **excellent remuneration**, a pleasant working environment and training opportunities. This is casual position with solid hours and the option to transition to permanent part-time in the future.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $40.84 - $73.51 per hour

**Experience**:

- Personal Care Work: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Australian driver's licence (preferred)
- Certificate III in Individual Support (preferred)
