**The Home Finance Specialist will**:

- Identify/Discover customer’s long and short-term financial goals/strategies and provide product or advisory solutions to enable the customer to create and manage their financial goals.
- Participate in the effective delivery of Auswide’s products and services by developing and maintaining ongoing relationships with customers.
- Develop and maintain successful business relationships with referral partners.
- Achieve outstanding service level standards for all aspects of internal and external customer satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain the external network of sales leads.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- At least five years’ experience in a position that directly relates to the sales and relationship functions.
- Have a broad knowledge about the range of home loan products available in the lending industry, and their characteristics.
- Knowledge of relevant economic environment, including the business cycle and market factors, and inflation.
- Understand Real Estate terms and concepts (e.g. Land Titles).
