- Supervising and co-ordinating staff and contractors internal/external where necessary.
- Ensure all work incidents/requests logged into the system are adhered to & completed in a timely manner.
- Valid driver’s licence.
- Proven experience working in home care.
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures.
- Sound knowledge of industry-related health and safety regulations.
- Excellent problem solving and time management skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Ensure your vehicle is adequately stocked with equipment required for daily tasks.
- Ability to transport all equipment and supplies to job sites.

You will have proven hands-on experience as a cleaner or managing home care cleans.

You will also be a self-starter that possesses initiative, excellent communication, time management, problem solving and analytical skills. You’re someone who can think outside the box and can come up with innovative win-win solutions.

**What you need for this role**:

- Valid Driver’s Licence and own car (car allowance will be provided)

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $32.25 per hour and penalty rates/holiday rates as per the award.

Schedule:

- 8-hour shift. Must be available Monday to Friday from 8am.
