**THE ROLE**

This is a fantastic opportunity to showcase your creative capabilities and love of sports supplements in this newly created role. It’s fast paced, exciting and is an opportunity to deliver WOW in a business that is in it’s second year of double

Your main responsibilities will include;
- Be part of the team that champion’s the execution of the social media plan for Australia’s largest sport supplement retailer
- Executing, monitoring, and reporting of social activity
- Collaborating with the social media team and the broader marketing teams to roll out a pipeline of inspiring content that is on brand for NW and incorporates social trends
- Creating engaging copy, scheduling and monitoring all organic social platforms and respond within expected time frames to uphold a positive customer and brand experience.
- Reporting on campaign performance
- Research pitch and liaise with influencers on gifting and paid campaigns to grow our social media audience
- Regularly shoot, film and produce content with team members, suppliers and store managers for all social channels, focusing on reels and stories for increased social engagement. General admin and assistant duties as required

**ABOUT YOU**

We are looking for a dedicated and creative individual who has a keen interest in the health and fitness industry. A few other things we will be looking for include;
- Minimum 1-2 year’s experience social media marketing
- Proven experience in managing social media account
- Experience in engaging audiences across Instagram, Tik Tok and Facebook
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Great attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team Marketing qualifications preferable but not essential
