The role of **Telephonist** focuses on operating the telephone system in a courteous and efficient manner to assist with general hotel enquiries.

**Role**:

- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
- Direct calls and visitors to the appropriate person and department
- Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries

**About you**:

- A professional positive manner towards others
- Good communication skills
- Able to operate a phone sytem and relay messages
- Good attention to detail with the ability to multi-task
- Ability to be flexible in a changing work environment
- Can work independently and within a team
- Able to commute to Rottnest Island.

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $27.48 - $32.30 per hour

Schedule:

- Flexible hours
- Rotating roster
