**Role**
We are currently recruiting for a permanent part time receptionist to work 42.5 hours a fortnight on roster Monday to Friday, 8.00am to 5.00pm. Essentially this means you will work 2 days one week and 3 days the next on the front reception desk within a large government organisation (our client).
This role would suit someone who is wanting the security of a permanent role but also the flexibility to have work life balance.
**About you**
- Experienced track record working as a telephonist / receptionist preferably in a corporate environment
- A strong work ethic and professional positive demeanour towards others
- High communication skills; the ability to communicate effectively across all stakeholders
- Good attention to detail with the ability to multi-task
- Ability to be flexible in a changing work environment
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Can work independently and within a team
**Essential**
- Ability to supply a current police clearance and pass agency and government employment checks
- This role is classified 'an essential service' for this organisation so applicants must be able to attend work on site as directed and be committed to the role
