**The role**:
Accounts Receivable Officer to join the team on a full-time basis.

**Job Specifics**:

- Oversee all Account Receivable transactions and see that all EOM Reconciliations are completed within the desired timeframe.
- Assist CFO with debtor reports and status of accounts.
- Perform debt collecting of outstanding debtor accounts.
- Maintain asset register and reconcile for EOY audits.
- Process FBT at the end of March and assist CFO with EOY audits.
- Process monthly BAS.
- Assist CFO with general ledger accounts and processing of associated reports.
- Perform back up for phone/reception when required (lunches, leave).
- Process and analyse job costing data and provide CFO with reports/trends.
- Prepare master job sheets and associated paperwork for invoicing on a daily basis - check against despatch list for accuracy.
