**The organization**

Hire and Rental Industry Association (HRIA)
- With over 500 corporate members and growing, they are the key national industry body representing the $8bn hire and rental industry in Australia.

The Association brings members a diverse array of benefit services at both national and state levels. Members include Rental Companies, Suppliers and Service Providers with rental members ranging from national multi-location companies to the more traditional Owner-Manager single location.

From general plant hire, DIY hire, portable buildings, construction, access and events, (covering a myriad of products and services) the HRIA Ltd’s membership base is continually expanding to cover increasing areas of hire and rental business and industry.

And Elevating Work Platform Association of Australia (EWPA).

A not for profit association, members include manufacturers, hire companies, suppliers, end-users, trainers and specialised support and service companies that cover the full spectrum of the elevating work platform industry.

**About the role**:
The Membership Coordinator will provide frontline support to all existing and new Members. You will be responsible for engaging with existing Members and potential new Members to retain and grow the membership base of the HRIA, EWPA, & TSHA.

**Responsibilities**:

- Respond with exceptional service to all Member and membership enquiries
- Support the sales and marketing initiatives for retention and growth of memberships
- Assist sales, marketing and operations to derive and implement new membership benefits
- Provide progress report to Operations Manager/ CEO and Board as required
- Assist the Associations operate to best practice policies and procedures through the development, implementation and continuous improvement of technology systems and software
- Maintain and grow membership development and training programs engagement levels based on historic uptake and year on year growth goa

**The person**:
This role will suit a natural “people person” who can relate well to all enquires. You are organised and efficient, love admin tasks and thrive with implementing systems and training others in their use.
- Qualifications and/or previous relevant experience (min 3-5 years) in office administration and customer service/ sales and/or marketing.
- Experience with the full MS Office Suite and ability to use Xero, SMS, CRM, websites, and Trainer app
- Current Drivers License
- Ability to identify, communicate and collaborate with diverse stakeholder groups
