**About the Role**:
Uber for Business helps companies provide value for its employees, customers, and guests by leveraging the power of the Uber platform at scale. We do this through three core, interconnected services: rides, meals, and delivery.
In this role, you’ll be owning the Marketing contribution to existing customer activation and usage, focusing on our large Mid Market and Enterprise accounts. You’ll collaborate cross functionally with teams to create effective campaigns to stimulate customer usage, measure success and share your findings.
**Your Impact in Role**:
- Work cross functionally, to plan, implement and measure existing customer campaigns to drive employee adoption in mature Mid Market and Enterprise customer segments.
- Investigate and establish current database health. Devise recommendations for improvement and partner internally to action.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders from Marketing, Strategy & Ops, CRM, Account Management etc. to deliver best in class executions.
- Deliver incremental Gross Bookings and usage, contributing to APAC growth.
**The Experience You’ll Bring**
- Strong B2C and/or B2B existing customer, lifecycle Marketing experience.
- Proven track record of delivering effective, commercially driven campaigns into high valued existing customer bases.
- Systems or Marketing Operations experience: Marketo, Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, Hubspot, Tableau, SQL or equivalent software knowledge.
- Database querying, data visualisation and database growth marketing skills would be welcome but not required.
