**Customer Experience Partner**

**Leading Global Shipping and Supply Chain Management Services Company**

**Proactive Key Customer Service Delivery - Shipping & Supply Chain Transactions & Reporting**

**Up to $95K + Super pa + Bonus**

Our client is a leading global shipping and supply chain management services company providing high quality services to a large range of large global customers. In this position you will work for the ANZ & Oceania arm of the company and be responsible for end-to-end service delivery to assigned client portfolio through proactive management of purchase orders (POs)/shipments.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Service Delivery**
- Primary point of contact for assigned client portfolio
- Proactive management of POs & shipments in line with client SOPs
- Communicate exceptions & recommend solutions
- Ensure client facing information / data is accurate & manage exceptions
- Participate in implementation / onboarding of new clients
- Communication with global supply chain operations regarding client needs / KPIs

**Productivity & Profitability**
- Recommend projects to improve operational performance while supporting clients’ supply chain structure and processes
- Support implementation of client improvement initiatives

**Relationship Management**
- Engage & develop strong relationships with key client stakeholders
- Engage & develop strong relationships with key internal teams
- Prepare for & participate in client meetings
- Adherence to, and execution of, client SOP
- Client relationship & issue resolution

Most likely tertiary qualified in business related discipline, you will have a strong customer service background in global logistics and freight forwarding, preferably looking after end-to-end supply chain management for large global customers.

High level communication, customer engagement, relationship management skills in addition to a strong work ethic and a healthy drive for personal development, are most important in this key customer experience delivery position.
