Would you like to work for a government contractor that designs and manufactures specialised products? This company is based in Canberra and is seeking permanent employees for a range of roles including a Quality Control Officer.

**Your new role**

The day to day of this position will see you reporting to the Incoming Good Supervisor and will require you to complete duties as directed by your manager as well as;
- Proactively coordinating and performing Quality Control inspections and reporting.
- Work with your team to conduct cycle counts and stock takes.
- Ensure all relevant paperwork is completed and that the inventory management system is kept up to date.
- Conduct analysis and process information to improve efficiency on processes.
- Ensure the warehouse and office are kept clean and tidy

**What you'll need to succeed**

Successful applicants will need;
- You must also be an Australian citizen and possess or be willing to go through the process to obtain and maintain a baseline personnel security clearance.
- Ability to use Microsoft Office and a high level of data entry skills
- Experience in a similar role ideally with experience working with electronics
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- The ability to liaise internally and externally with stakeholders, counterpoints and colleagues.
- You may also be required to complete medical, psychometric and or skills testing as part of the onboarding process

**What you'll get in return**
