**Role Description**

Our client is seeking support within a veteran-focused department as part of the Mental Health and Research Translation team. This role provides a unique chance for individuals interested in supporting and making a positive impact in the veteran community.

This role may involve exposure to material and situations that may be confronting or disturbing, and that may cause personal distress. A range of wellbeing supports are available to staff both during and after their time with this role.

Additional Notes:

- Working within a secure Defence environment, we are seeking Support staff at the APS6 levels
- Onsite Training provided
- Customer service and communication skills are essential.
- Policy experience ideal.
- Data Administration for veterans responses to questionnaires.

**Key Requirements**
- Working with intelligence products or similar material
- Experience in eDiscovery / Data Analytics or data management
- Experience with open source investigative toolsets (NUIX, FTK, X-Ways, Elastic, Palantir)
- Experience as administrator in Linux and/or Windows environments
- Support the management and use of a critical data store
- Contribute to enhanced performance of analytical processes
- Capable in solving abstract problems
- Demonstrated strong data discovery skills using software tools on digital databases
- Demonstrated strong data management skills
- Demonstrated communication skill sets suited to client liaison, task scoping, and/or investigative processes
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word/Excel)
- Familiarity of Defence Veterans environment
- Ability to work respectfully with a blended workforce (Military, civilian and contracted workforce)
- Develop and maintain positive, robust stakeholder communication skills
- Ability to conduct meetings online and in person
- Proactive approach to problem solving
- Security clearance TSPV
- Good understanding of record management
