**About The Project**:
John Holland have been awarded to deliver the Parramatta light rail stage 2 project, the first part of this $322 million contract consists of the construction of the first 1.3km of new light rail alignment, including a 320m bridge over the Parramatta River. Parramatta Light Rail Stage 2 will connect Stage 1 and the Parramatta CBD to Sydney Olympic Park via Camellia, Rydalmere, Ermington, Melrose Park and Wentworth Point.

**About The Role**:
As a project document controller you will manage various aspects of document control, including the receipt, storage, retrieval and circulation of documents, review coordination, external submission, and distribution control. The documents may include design documentation, confidentiality agreements, various instructions, and reports on safety, quality, and the environment.

**Responsibilities of the role include**:

- Maintain project-related document control register, database and hard copy filing system
- Ensure document submissions are in accordance and compliant with the project document formats and requirements
- Identify, record, and communicate issues with registered documents.
- Maintain storage and archiving of project and organisational records (electronic and hard copy)
- Ensure the documents are managed in strict confidentiality
- Perform all duties in accordance with John Holland policies, processes, systems, and procedures

**To be successful in this key role, you must have**:

- Degree or post-secondary school training or TAFE certificate in Business Administration, Finance, Human Resources or other associated disciplines
- Experience in document management systems
- Advanced computer skills
- Prioritisation skills
- Records management
- Knowledge of project management systems and processes
- Experience in project environment or equivalent industry
- Aconex experience
