**Your New Role**

We have a new opportunity for a driven and passionate individual to join our team as our **Parts Regional Sales Manager **in our **Parts Distribution Centre **at** Wacol** reporting to the General Manager Parts & Supply Chain.

As a member of the parts leadership team, this hands on roll will manage a number of regional accounts whilst leading a small group dedicated to growing our Parts & Service Dealers, Parts Only Dealers, Bus Fleet & Allmakes reseller accounts. This is an exciting role for someone who has a demonstrated history of success in sales and account management particularly in the on highway truck, bus and engine segment to support our brands including Western Star, MAN, Dennis Eagle and Detroit.

- You should possess relevant heavy vehicle industry experience and have parts product knowledge of the diverse range that Penske supports within the market.
- Have proven skills and experience to develop sales strategies and deliver business growth opportunities.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and maintaining positive customer centric stakeholder relations.
- Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in leading a small team to deliver outcomes aligned to business objectives.
- Strong financial and commercial acumen
- Team player who will adopt and promote the Company's Values of Ownership, Passion, Teamwork, Integrity and Care.
