Functions & events floor supervisor

The brighton beach hotel is an iconic bayside venue located near the famous Brighton Beach.

The venue steeped in history has recently undergone a mini makeover and name change and given a refresh to our event spaces, bistro and new sports bar & beer garden.

With the reopening of our venue we have been inundated with events and are looking for a hospitality rockstar to join the team supervising our events & functions.

We are looking for:
Hospitality professional with a minimum 2 years experience running and supervising functions, pref in a pub or events venue pref with wedding experience

Great leadership skills, able to take ownership

Able to direct staff, manage rosters and keep across all details of your function including liaising with stakeholders from different backgrounds

Current RSA

Flexible availability, must be available to work most nights, weekends and public holidays.

Sound food and beverage knowledge

Experience and knowledge in corporate events, social & weddings

Confident, great attitude and able to co ordinate with chefs, managers, staff & most importantly our amazing clients

Experience in function and events set up
