About UsBetterLabs is a $23m Venture Fund and Startup Studio. We identify and build new business opportunities using our innovation framework and lean startup methodology—rapidly getting solutions into customers' hands.
Town Square is our latest venture: a Smart Communications Platform transforming how strata management teams work. We streamline processes, automate tasks, and make communication effortless.
What You'll Work OnDesigning and scaling cloud-native systems on AWS (infrastructure as code).
Developing across the stack:
- Building with large language models and generative AI (Amazon Bedrock, OpenAI, vector databases).
- Driving best practices in DevOps: CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and release processes.
- Architecting for scalability, high availability, and performance.
Experience with Power Automate, performance/load testing, or mobile frameworks (React Native, Ionic, PWA).

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
